IN-STORE PURCHASE

All items must be returned in the same condition, unworn, unaltered, in its original packaging with tags attached - within 14 days of your purchase to be eligible for a return. Items returned after the 14 day window will only be eligible for exchange or store credit.

We will not refund or exchange orders after 60 days of your purchase.

ONLINE RETURNS + EXCHANGES

All full price items must be unworn, unaltered & returned in original condition and packaging with tags attached, and postmarked to Janes within 14 days of delivery. Guests are responsible for the shipping cost & insurance coverage of returns.

If all above is completed, guests will receive a full refund or in-store credit to their account upon item delivery to Janes. See return shipping address below. Please allow 3 business days to process returns.
