Running a small business can be difficult. We hand-pick each item that is in our shop and sometimes they are very seasonal items. We understand that sometimes you are shopping for a future baby and that takes some planning. We ask that you please respect our exchange policy - It helps us keep the shop full of the latest, high quality things that we hope you love forever. 

IN-STORE EXCHANGES
All items must be returned in the same condition, unworn, unaltered, in its original packaging with tags attached - within 14 days of your purchase for in-store credit or exchange.
 
ONLINE RETURNS + EXCHANGES


All *full price* items must be unworn, unaltered & returned in original condition and packaging with tags attached, and postmarked to Janes within 14 days of delivery. Guests are responsible for the shipping cost & insurance coverage of returns. Include invoice and reason for return inside the package.

If all above is completed, guests will receive a full refund or in-store credit to their account upon item delivery to Janes. See return shipping address below. Please allow 3 business days to process returns.
