IN-STORE PURCHASE

All items must be returned in the same condition, unworn, unaltered, in its original packaging with tags attached within 30 days of the purchase. We will not accept any items that appear to be worn, stretched or damaged in anyway. 
 
ONLINE RETURNS + EXCHANGES

 

All full price items must be unworn, unaltered & returned in original condition and packaging with tags attached, and postmarked to Janes within 14 days of delivery. Guests are responsible for the shipping cost & insurance coverage of returns. 

If all above is completed, guests will receive a full refund or in-store credit to their account upon item delivery to Janes. See return shipping address below. Please allow 5 business days to process returns.

All items purchased on sale are final sale.This includes when we run specials/limited sales in our shop and online. 

Pacifiers, teethers and Jellycat and any other stuffed animal are not eligible for return.
