IN-STORE PURCHASE

All items eligible for return or exchange must be in the same condition, unworn, unaltered, unscented and in its original packaging with tags attached. Items must be returned within 7 days of the purchase for a refund to the original form of payment. 
After the 7 day mark — items are eligible for exchange or store credit within 30 days of your purchase. 
 
ONLINE RETURNS + EXCHANGES

 

All full price items must be unworn, unaltered, unscented & returned in original condition and packaging with tags attached, and postmarked to Janes within 14 days of delivery. Guests are responsible for the shipping cost & insurance coverage of returns. 

If all above is completed, guests will receive a full refund or in-store credit on a gift card. See return shipping address below. Please allow 5 business days to process returns.

All items purchased on sale are final sale.This includes when we run specials/limited sales in our shop and online. 

Pacifiers, teethers and Jellycat and any other stuffed animal are not eligible for return.
